Overview

Distribution is the controlled movement of goods or products to its final destination. Moving goods to the right locations at the proper time in the right quantities and in the proper condition can be described as distribution or logistics. Industrial Distribution is one of the fastest growing segments of the US economy with an estimated impact of $3.5-4 trillion! Industrial Distribution involves a wide range of activities including the selling, distribution, customer service, purchasing, inventory control and warehouse or branch management of industrial products.
